Mr. Hamad Khamis Al-Mansoori, has a long experience in the field of leadership and management, and he built his experience on a scientific basis, starting with obtaining a Bachelor of Government Administration and then continued his academic achievement by obtaining a Master of Quality Management, and then he turned towards specialized training that are the line with the market needs, so he obtained a specialized certificate in human resources (CIPD), In addition to a many of training hours in various leadership, executive and financial fields. This scientific background enabled him to build a strong experience spanning more than 16 years, during which he progressed in several levels of administrative and leadership careers, as he worked as Executive Director of Human Resources, during which he achieved a qualitative leap in the quality and refining procedures and obtained a number of international accreditations and quality certificates for human resources. In addition, Mr. Hamad Al Mansoori previously served as Chairman of Al Dhafra Sports and Cultural Club, as well he is a current member of the Board of Directors of Al Dhafra Cooperative Society, through which he achieves the vision of the wise leadership in this field.
